Reservations:

Reservations will be held with advance payment of 50% of the total bill. Those held with a credit card are confirmed immediately, however, we will not run the 50% charge until one month prior to arrival date. At that point we then send a confirmation card showing the reservation details and balance due. If a reservation is made less than one month prior to arrival, the full amount will be charged immediately. Deposits sent in the form of a check or money order will hold the tentative reservation for one week pending receipt of the payment. After receipt, the reservation is confirmed and a confirmation card is sent.

Cancellations:

A reservation may be cancelled by phone or in writing with the following service charges:

Less than 4 weeks prior to arrival date - 10% of total bill
Less than 2 weeks prior to arrival date - 25% of total bill
Less than 1 week prior to arrival date - 50% of total bill
